Children policy

Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge. Children 4-7 years old will be charged according to the offer. Children from 8 years of age are counted as fully paid.

Pet policy

Pets are allowed upon request for an extra, nonrefundable fee of PLN 100 per pet per night.

Cancellation terms

This reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the already paid prepayment shall be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the signed VAT correction invoice. In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival or a no-show, the 50% of total reservation price cancellation fee will apply. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide credit card details or make a prepayment of 50% of the total reservation price via the online payment system.
