Hotel Haffner Sopot, Gdańsk, Gdynia

On March 4, 2008 the Hotel Haffner received CERTIFICATE No. 3555 confirming its compliance with the: ISO 9001: 2000 standard. The Quality Management System covers:

• the supply of hotel and food services,
• the organization of conferences and events,
• the supply of recreation services and beauty&wellness services.

Prior to obtaining the certificate we underwent an audit that verified the implementation of an Integrated Quality Management System conforming to the requirements of the PN EN ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard.

The audit was carried out by QS ZURICH, a Swiss certifying body accredited with Swiss Accreditation Services (SAS - Schweizerische Akkreditierungsstelle). In business since 1996, QS ZURICH has operations in several dozen countries on many continents - beside Switzerland also in Italy, Turkey, Poland, China, Egypt, Ecuador, to name just a few.

Quality Management Systems conforming to ISO 9001 are implemented throughout various sectors of the economy by businesses which:
